Use your printer to salvage what you can
You started your own business years ago selling used electronics, movies, music and video games. People would come in and sell their used products to you for an affordable price and you would turn it around after testing and sell it to others. For a while, your store was the hottest spot in town. It attracted people young and old looking for a cheaper option to get their entertainment. You were selling top-of-the-line electronics for a price that almost anyone could afford, and the word spread quickly about your business.
However, with the fall of the economy, people stopped buying as much stuff and as business slowed down, you were no longer able to offer customers as much money for their used products. Like a sick cycle, things started to fall apart and it became a real challenge to pay the rent and bills. Though you have come to terms with the fact that you must close your doors, you have one more opportunity to make a few bucks before it is over. It is time for a going-out-of-business sale!
The most important part of this sale is to advertise, but you clearly don’t have extra money lying around to be able to pay someone to do it. Luckily, the economy didn’t break down your laser printer! You have a large pile of paper and a printer with the ability to print professional-quality text and graphics. Go online and find some clip-art and put in bold letters the low sale prices. Everything Must Go!
Once you have made up a flyer, your laser printer will have them printed out in just a few minutes and you can go out and start hanging them around town. Get some of your friends to help spread the word, and hopefully by the end of this weekend, almost all of your products will be cleared out! If not, the things you have left you can just sell on Ebay!
